Following the DeLorean that received the official Cuusoo stamp of approval going into production at LEGO, it seems that many other sets are proving popular with the Cuusoo audience. If you’ve never heard of LEGO Cuusoo or don’t know what it is, here’s the deal….
Fans of the hugely popular plastic bricks are given the task to create their own new designs which are then voted on by the LEGO loving community. Any design that gets over 10 000 votes earns the right to have their design reviewed and then if all goes well (and in this case if it gets the Universal Pictures seal of approval), it goes into production. This is exactly what happened to the Back to the Future DeLorean which is now on sale across the globe and can be purchased right here.
Pocket Lint have found a large number of other sets vying to be placed in the official collection with the Jules Verne train as seen in Back to the Future Part III being the latest to received the required 10 000 votes.
