If you saw the new Scream 4 poster we had up earlier this morning you won’t have had your mind blown by something particularly original – in fact, the only reason to post it was to note the return to the traditional Scream poster layout. Fans of Olly Moss’s work have had their share in the last few days, now we’re moving on to a new poster, to something pretty special.
If you enjoyed this poster for Rutger Hauer’s Grindhouse flick Hobo with a Shotgun then there’s a fair chance you’ll go for this new poster for Ti West’s The Innkeepers, from The Dude Designs. It’s a thing of beauty, a throwback to 70s and 80s, something in common with West’s previous film House of the Devil, and despite knowing nothing about the film I would still pay money to see it.
AICN debuted this and provided a link to the designer’s blog, which tells the whole story. The Innkeepers is appearing at SXSW, only a few short days away.
