Anders Thomas Jensen on his revenge-redemption film, Riders of Justice

The latest from writer-director Anders Thomas Jensen, Riders of Justice, is as you would expect – brutal, funny and gripping.

Showing at this year’s Glasgow Film Festival for its UK premiere, this is Jensen’s fifth outing as director where we see the incredible Mads Mikkelsen in the starring role. We chat with the Danish director about Riders of Justice and his latest project The Monster of Florence.

Synopsis

Markus (Mads Mikkelsen) returns home to care for his daughter when his wife dies in a tragic train accident. However, when a survivor of the wreck surfaces and claims foul play, Markus suspects his wife was murdered and embarks on a mission to find those responsible.
