Ant-Man

When it was revealed that Edgar Wright and Marvel Studios had parted ways due to creative differences over Ant-Man, some fans declared that they had lost all interest in the movie.

However, Kevin Feige has a knack for finding the right director for their movies, so it perhaps shouldn’t come as to much of a surprise that he’s already lining up three very impressive replacements for the Shaun of the Dead helmer. According to THR, they include Rawson Marshall Thurber, Adam McKay and Ruben Fleischer.

Do the names not ring a bell? Well, Thurber was responsible for Easy A and We’re The Millers, while McKay is of course best known for the Anchorman movies and Fleischer directed both the incredibly popular Zombieland and Gangster Squad (which received something of a mixed response upon release).

The site adds that Jonathan Levine (50/50) was also in the mix at one point, but sources deny that he was approached, perhaps because he’s set to next direct the Sethe Rogen and Joseph Gordon-Levitt led comedy Xmas which is set to begin shooting a little later this summer.

Which of these directors do you think is the best choice for Ant-Man?
