4. Joseph Gordon-Levitt
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is an actor that Marvel has had their eye on for a while now, as he has been linked to both the roles of Star-Lord in James Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy and more recently Ant-Man in Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man. Providing he doesn’t beat Paul Rudd to that latter role, Daredevil could be the character who finally brings the actor and studio together! Netflix have already shown that they have no problems attracting movie stars to their projects (see Kevin Spacey in House of Cards), while the unique way that they develop and distribute their shows would give Levitt another chance to get behind the camera as he recently did with his critically acclaimed directorial debut, Don Jon. Everything from that to the likes of The Dark Knight Rises and even Premium Rush have shown that Levit is a versatile enough actor to finally do Daredevil justice!
