In less than three months, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 will be released in theatres across the globe, bringing to an end one of the biggest and most successful film franchises of all time.
In recent months, we’ve been teased with plenty of new images from the final instalment, with the latest trailer landing back in June, and now MTV have given us two new images of two thirds of the leading trio to share.

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner will be reprising their roles as Bella, Edward, and Jacob, with the excellent supporting cast headed up by Ashley Greene, Dakota Fanning, Michael Sheen, Nikki Reed, and Elizabeth Reaser.
Bill Condon is back behind the camera, having helmed the first part of the final film, directing from a script by Melissa Rosenberg, who is of course adapting the original novel by Stephenie Meyer.
MTV had a chance to speak with Condon about the film, who had this little update to give when asked what stage the film is currently at:
“We’re at the stage of mixing and doing color timing and adding that last big bunch of visual effects shots, and that’s where it gets complicated because the [most challenging] ones always come in last, so it’s just making sure that they look as good as they can, that’s the big thing right now.”
