This evening, both London’s Leicester Square and BFI IMAX in Waterloo saw the premiere of Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises. While Leicester Square had most of the cast present, our roving reporters were at the IMAX in the form of Ben Mortimer on interviewing duties and Colin Hart behind the camera.
What we didn’t quite realise was that the IMAX screening ended up being a Royal Premiere with Prince Harry and Princess Eugene in attendance, walking the red carpet to watch Warner Bros’ latest tent-pole movie alongside guests including Guy Ritchie. The footage below shows you just who showed up!
Although not all the cast and filmmakers ventured over to the IMAX after the screening, many did and Ben and Colin got to chat with Harry Potter Producer David Heyman, Special Effects Supervisor Chris Corbould and the man who made all this possible, director Christopher Nolan.
