Apple TV has unveiled the first look at ’12 12 12,’ its upcoming heist drama starring and executive produced by Emmy Award nominee Anthony Mackie and Golden Globe and Critics Choice Awards nominee Jamie Dornan.

The eight-episode series takes a distinctive approach to the heist genre, with each episode unfolding across three different timelines: the 12 months leading up to the heist, the 12 hours during the operation itself, and the 12 days that follow.

’12 12 12′ follows a disgraced FBI agent, played by Mackie, and an American career criminal, portrayed by Dornan, as they engage in a high-stakes cat-and-mouse game across Europe.

At the heart of the series is an ambitious and dangerous raid on a bank vault buried deep beneath the streets of Zurich. As the carefully constructed plan begins to unravel, the two men find themselves locked in a zero-sum battle where every move could have devastating consequences.

’12 12 12′ is created and executive produced by Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble. Emmy-nominated and BAFTA-winning filmmaker Kari Skogland directs multiple episodes, including the pilot, and also serves as an executive producer.
