On social media Ryan Reynolds is a pure entertainer. The Deadpool joker took to twitter yesterday to send out a cryptic message… so cryptic it didn’t take long before his adoring followers soon cottoned on to what he was trying to say.

Quite cleverly, Reynolds released just a photo of some carefully placed and edited dominos and simply announced, Domino effect. This was Reynolds’ crafty way of announcing the casting of Atlanta actress, Zazie Beetz, in the role Domino aka Neena Thurman in the upcoming, as yet untitled Deadpool sequel.  If you look closely enough to the image, you will see her name spelt out.

About Domino aka Neena Thurman

In the comic books, Domino is best known as a member of the X-Men offshoot X-Force, partner and lover to Cable (who has yet to be cast) her abilities boil down to her being an exceptional marksman with great hand to hand skills. She also has mutant probability–altering powers that are similar to X-Man Longshot. Triggered when she is under extreme stress, her powers allow her to telekinetically alter the odds of a situation in her favour.  Initially, Domino was the result of a top-secret government breeding program that was intended to create the perfect weapon – much like X-23/Laura from Logan.
