It’s time to saddle up for an epic adventure to save the fair maiden. Here’s the new UK quad for medieval fantasy comedy Your Highness (courtesy of our friends at Live for Films).

Written by the Eastbound & Down team of Danny McBride and Ben Best, Your Highness star the former as Thadeous, the idle brother of Prince Fabious (the ubiquitous James Franco) who sets off on a dangerous mission to rescue his sibling’s bride (Zooey Deschanel) from the clutches of an evil wizard.

Co-starring recent Oscar winner Natalie Portman and directed by former indie darling-turned-comedy stoner auteur, David Gordon Green, Your Highness is released in the UK on the 13 April.

The poster design and tagline (Best. Quest. Ever) suggests a brainless romp more in line with the slew of recent underperforming, lowest common denominator comedies to slither out of Hollywood, but anyone familiar with both the director and writers’ previous material will know that Your Highness is a cut above those.
