Where's Wanda

Where’s Wanda is a darkly comic new thriller series, that comes to Apple TV+ on Wednesday October 2nd, marking the first German-language series for the platform. To celebrate the occasion, we had the pleasure in speaking to the leading actors, speaking to all four members of the family at the heart of the narrative.

First up we have our chat with Heike Makatsch (who you’ll recognise from Love, Actually) alongside Axel Stein and their on-screen daughter, and the eponymous role, Lea Drinda. We spoke about the tricky tonality of the show, the strength of the scripts, and on their relationships with their real neighbours, which ties in with the themes of the show. Next up, we also spoke to newcomer Leo Simon, as he too talks about the attraction to the project, and on the similarities between himself and his character. Watch both interviews in their entirety below.
