Wesley SnipesJust when you thought the rise and increasingly plummeting fall of Wesley Snipes couldn’t get any weirder.

IGN have reported that the Blade star is developing a multi-platform action game based on one of his movie characters. As if that isn’t odd enough, he’s doing it all from the comfort of his prison cell where he’s currently serving a three year sentence for tax evasion.

Lapland Studio is developing ‘Julius Styles: The International’ for iPhone, iPad, Xbox Live and PSN, which will focus on the character he played in Art of War, Murder at 1600 and Passenger 57.

Raving and rambling on about the project, he said: “I love games that challenge my mind and reflexes.

“Julius Styles pits your street knowledge survival skills with your academic intellect and spiritual intuition.”

He’s also reported to have said that he believes the game will appeal to the “mind game strategist and the kick-ass special ops warrior lover”.

And we all know how many kick-ass special ops warrior lovers there are out there.

The iPad version of the game has a tentative June release date, although the other platforms have yet to be confirmed.
