Universal Pictures has released a new trailer for ‘Werwulf,’ the latest visceral and haunting feature from acclaimed filmmaker Robert Eggers.
Described as a harrowing tale of devotion, damnation and the devil within, ‘Werwulf’ promises to take audiences into a dark and unsettling world where faith, fear and monstrous forces collide.
Eggers, the filmmaker behind ‘The Witch’, ‘The Lighthouse’ and ‘Nosferatu’, directs the film, with Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Willem Dafoe and Lily-Rose Depp leading the cast.
The new trailer offers a chilling glimpse at Eggers’ latest descent into darkness, teasing a brutal and atmospheric story that looks set to put another nightmarish spin on the folklore surrounding the werewolf.
