The second season of HBO’s Game of Thrones begins on the first of April and the acclaimed series seems to cast its spell on anyone who takes the plunge into Seven Kingdoms.
We spoke to the writers and some of the cast recently and tried out best to tease some details of the forthcoming season, as expected they were keen to talk up the show’s ever-expanding horizons and today we’ve got two videos focussing on what’s in store.
The first video looks at the new worlds explored in season two as the journey into the savage wilderness beyond The Wall as well as the continuing journeys of those who at the end of the first season found themselves on unsteady ground. Secondly there is a featurette on the new characters in the new season including Stannis Baratheon and the much anticipated arrival of Melisandre, played by Carice Van Houten.
