Five Days at Memorial

Five Days at Memorial is a striking new series launching this week on Apple TV+, telling the remarkable true story of how a hospital dealt with the tragic destruction of New Orleans off the back of Hurricane Katrina. To mark the release of the show, we had the pleasure in taking part in a mega junket, speaking to several of the talented individuals who have helped bring this story to life so emphatically on screen.

Synopsis

Five Days at Memorial is based on actual events chronicling the impact of Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath on a local hospital. When the floodwaters rose, power failed and heat soared, exhausted caregivers at a New Orleans hospital were forced to make decisions that would follow them for years to come.
