Following a wave of new character posters and an action-packed trailer, Marvel finally released posters featuring Quicksilver and the Scarlet Witch late last week (you can check those out by clicking here).

While we still haven’t seen The Vision, it’s now Avengers: Age of Ultron’s titular villain who has been given the spotlight. This is our best look at him yet, and the first official image of the character – played by The Blacklist’s James Spader – who has so far only appeared in the trailers for the sequel, not in any images.

Ultron looks like a very impressive for for the Avengers, and he’s a very visually interesting creation!

In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, but things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

The movie stars Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Robert Downey Jr., Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Cobie Smulders, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, James Spader, and Samuel L. Jackson and hits May 1st, 2015. However, it will reach the UK earlier of April 23rd.
