Not exactly movie related but I couldn’t hold back with this one, as I’m sure it will appeal to the legion of Studio Ghibli fans.
Ni No Kuni (translated as the pleasing ‘The Another World’) is a forthcoming PlayStation 3 game developed by Level-5 and Studio Ghibli producer Toshio Suzuki, and tells the story of a boy who loses his mother and subsequently is given a magic book which allows him to travel to NiNoKuni, a parallel world which may hold the key to getting his mother back.
So, typical Ghibli – which means that it’s a beautifully simple idea that will charm the stone cold hearts out of the most hardened cynic and from the gameplay visible in the trailer below it is a Ghibli fan’s dream come true. Just look at it!
