Lost Girl follows supernatural seductress Bo (Anna Silk: Being Erica; Billable Hours), a Succubus who feeds on the sexual energy (sometimes called “chi”) of humans. Growing up with human parents, Bo had no reason to believe she was anything other than the girl next door – until she drained her boyfriend to death in their first sexual encounter. Now she has hit the road alone and afraid. She discovers she is one of the Fae, creatures of legend and folklore, who pass as humans while feeding off them secretly and in different ways, as they have for millennia. Relieved yet horrified to find out that she is not alone, Bo decides to take the middle path between the humans and the Fae while embarking on a personal mission to unlock the secrets of her origin.

    A great list!
River Tam (Summer Glau) will always be number one on my all-time list for this and most other categories!

I loved the inclusion of EVE from WALL-E!

Realised that I haven’t even heard of about half of these characters from the Star Trek / Battlestar Galactica shows. May have to better acquaint myself with some of the genre classics.

I think my own list would also include:

    – Michelle Monaghan in Source Code.

    – Gwyneth Paltrow in the Iron Man films and The Avengers.

    – Scarlett Johansson in The Avengers,

    – Malin Åkerman in Watchmen.

    – Milla Jovovich in The Fifth Element,

    – Ellen Page in Inception,

    – Emily Blunt in Looper and The Adjustment Bureau.

    – And Famke Janssen in the X-Men films.

Dude! What about Samantha Carter from Stargate Sg-1? C’mon! She was my hero when I was a kid.

  • Vjetrovnjak

  • Richard

After TNG we also had DS9 so no year in a limbo.
And indeed what about Carter from SG1?

  • Where dafuq is Samantha Carter?! Come on man…. She’d be in the top 5.

  • Aeryn Sun from Farscape. I mean, come on, in the show she was the muscle and John was the brains.

  • Mary Beth House

No Colonel Carter from SG-1? No Aeryn Sun from Farscape? No Sarah Connor from Terminator? Wow.

But thank goodness you have EVE from Wall-E and Courtney Cox from He-man.

    Yes, that was sarcasm.

  • Ripley Fan
