2. Groot
The “We Are Groot” scene was heartbreaking, and so it was a huge relief to see a tiny version of the sentient tree reawaken near the end of the movie after being replanted by Rocket (don’t even get us started on that wonderful dancing scene set to the Jackson Five during the credits). However, for those of you wondering, this isn’t a new baby version of Groot or a completely different character, but the same one we all feel in love with during Guardians of the Galaxy. In the comics, he has been destroyed before and regrows back to his normal size shortly after. For that reason, expect to see him back and once again voiced by Vin Diesel in the sequel, but Marvel REALLY needs to release a dancing version of his tiny self in time for Christmas because we ALL want one, right?
