A beautifully crafted new international trailer for Guillermo del Toro’s The Shape of Water has been released by Fox Searchlight Pictures.

The romantic fairytale sees a mute Sally Hawkins, lonely and in need of love, fall hopelessly in love with a fish like creature that is being experimented on in a government laboratory. There are only two problems she needs to overcome, the fact he can’t survive out of water too long and the monster, Michael Shannon, that keeps him imprisoned against his will.
Lovingly and beautifully directed by Guillermo del Toro, the film has a cast of Sally Hawkins, Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Doug Jones, Michael Stuhlbarg and Octavia Spencer.
The film is released in cinemas February 14th 2018
