Hitting theatres this summer, Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson are back on screen together once more in Shawn Levy’s The Internship.
It’s been far too long since we last saw the leading duo together in Wedding Crashers. Needless to say, I’m really looking forward to their reunion in a couple months’ time.
We saw a great first trailer land earlier in the year, followed by a new UK trailer last month. And with the film’s release date fast approaching, Fox have debuted a great second US trailer.
Billy (Vince Vaughn) and Nick (Owen Wilson) are salesmen whose careers have been torpedoed by the digital world. Trying to prove they are not obsolete, thet defy the odds by talking their way into a coveted internship at Google, along with a battalion of brillian college students. But, gaining entrance to this utopia is only half the battle. Now they must compete with a group pf the nation’s most elite, tech-savvy geniuses to prove that necessity really is the mother of re-invention.
Vaughn and Wilson star alongside a terrific cast, led by Josh Gad, Rose Byrne, Max Minghella, Jessica Szohr, and the ever-great John Goodman.
Levy (Real Steel) is at the helm, directing from a script co-written by Vaughn and Jared Stern (The Watch), based on a story by Vaughn.
The Internship will be released in the US on June 7th, with its UK release date following shortly after on 4th July. Whilst we count down the weeks to its arrival, here’s the latest trailer to help get you in the mood.
