20th Century Studios has officially dropped the teaser trailer for ‘The Devil Wears Prada 2,’ and fashion lovers everywhere are already reaching for their lattes and stilettos.
Almost twenty years after The Devil Wears Prada redefined workplace dramedy and became a pop-culture touchstone, the icons are back. Meryl Streep, Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci reprise their legendary roles as Miranda Priestly, Andy Sachs, Emily Charlton, and Nigel Kipling — returning to the stylish chaos of Runway Magazine and the glittering, cutthroat streets of New York City.
Reuniting the original dream team of director David Frankel and writer Aline Brosh McKenna, the sequel ushers in a new era of high fashion and higher stakes. Alongside the returning stars, the film welcomes an all-new ensemble of power players, including Kenneth Branagh, Simone Ashley, Justin Theroux, Lucy Liu, Patrick Brammall, Caleb Hearon, Helen J. Shen, Pauline Chalamet, B.J. Novak, and Conrad Ricamora.
