Nina Dobrev stars in action flick The Bricklayer, alongside Aaron Eckhart – and to mark the film’s release, we had the pleasure of speaking to her via Zoom. The actress discusses her role in the film and the collaboration process both with Eckhart and with the film’s director, the experienced Renny Harlin. She also talks about her own ambitions to direct, and whether she believes there could further life in this character, and franchise yet. She also looks back across her career and the roles that she taken on. Through that, she tells us which of her characters she would most like to go for a drink with, and whether she stills keeps in touch and up to date with her fellow co-stars from The Vampire Diaries.

Synopsis
