Disney+ has unveiled the all-new trailer for ‘The Beatles Anthology,’ the definitive documentary series chronicling the life, legacy, and meteoric cultural impact of the world’s most influential band. The long-awaited streaming debut begins November 26, with Episodes 1–3 arriving on day one, followed by Episodes 4–6 on November 27 and Episodes 7–9 on November 28.

Originally produced by Apple Corps and first broadcast in 1995, ‘The Beatles Anthology’ remains the most comprehensive and revealing exploration of the Fab Four ever captured on film. Now beautifully restored and expanded from eight episodes to nine, the series lands on Disney+ in its most complete and technically dazzling form to date.

Featuring John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr telling their own story in their own words, the documentary traces The Beatles’ unparalleled rise—from their gritty beginnings in Liverpool and Hamburg, through the frenzy of Beatlemania, to the artistic heights of their studio years and eventual breakup. The series provides an intimate look at the triumphs, tensions, creativity, brotherhood, and cultural revolution that defined their whirlwind eight years as a band.

One of the most exciting additions to the Disney+ release is a brand-new ninth episode. This previously unreleased chapter features rare and illuminating footage of Paul, George, and Ringo during the creation of the original 1990s Anthology series and music project, offering new insight for both lifelong fans and newcomers.

For its streaming debut, the series has undergone an extensive restoration. Apple Corps collaborated closely with the acclaimed team at Peter Jackson’s Park Road Post in Wellington, New Zealand—known for their groundbreaking work on ‘The Beatles: Get Back’—to update footage and craft an extraordinary new sound mix.
