Disney+ has unveiled the official trailer for season two of its Hulu Original series ‘The Artful Dodger,’ and it’s clear that chaos is once again sharpening its knives in Port Victory. The Australian-born comedy adventure returns bigger, bolder, and far more perilous, promising higher stakes, sharper wit, and hearts very much on the line.

This time, Jack Dawkins, better known as the Artful Dodger, is staring down the hangman’s noose. Hunted by a relentless new lawman, Inspector Henry Boxer, and unable to even lay eyes on the woman he loves without sealing his fate, Jack’s life is a tightrope walk over disaster. As if that weren’t enough, a killer stalks the streets, and Fagin has plans that threaten to drag everyone into their most dangerous caper yet.

Meanwhile, Lady Belle Fox is determined not to be defined by Jack’s criminal shadow. Driven by ambition and passion, she’s forging a future in medicine, even as her heart remains entangled in a love that could cost them both everything. Complicating matters further, Inspector Boxer isn’t just chasing Jack. He’s also vying for Belle’s affection, turning duty into a dangerous personal game.

Co-created by James McNamara and inspired by ‘Oliver’ Twist, the series stars Thomas Brodie-Sangster as Jack Dawkins, David Thewlis as the ever-scheming Fagin, and Maia Mitchell as the formidable Lady Belle Fox. Season two raises the stakes with new faces, including Luke Bracey as Inspector Henry Boxer, Jeremy Sims as Uncle Dickie, and rising star Zac Burgess as Phineas Golden.

Fan favourites also make a welcome return, with Susie Porter as Lady Jane Fox, Damien Garvey as Governor Fox, Tim Minchin back as the unforgettable Darius Cracksworth, Lucy-Rose Leonard as the beloved Lady Fanny Fox, and more, rounding out the vibrant ensemble.
