Getting its debut out at SXSW next month, Leave the World Behind charts the final tour of the globally-renowned and -beloved band, Swedish House Mafia.

Their ‘One Last Tour’ kicked off in style back in November 2012, two months after the band announced that the shows would be their last, culminating at the Ultra Music Festival back in March last year.

Almost exactly one year later, Christian Larson’s documentary will have its world premiere out in Austin, Texas, and a trio of new posters have now been released, along with half a dozen clips from the upcoming movie.

LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND follows global music sensation Swedish House Mafia as they complete their “One Last Tour,” the largest worldwide electronic music tour in history with over 1,000,000 tickets sold worldwide in just one week.

Director Christian Larson (Take One) captures the band’s decision to bring an end to their life’s biggest achievement in order to save their friendships. Audiences will get a front-row seat as Larson films the trio in an honest, raw, and emotional showcase of the group’s final chapter as electronic dance music’s finest.

The atmosphere at their shows undeniably looks electric, and the footage teased below promises to go underneath the surface of the trio, Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso, and their decision to bring an end to one of the most successful bands of the genre.

Leave the World Behind will debut on March 12th at SXSW, and hopefully we won’t have long to wait before it reaches cinemas on both sides of the Atlantic. In the meantime, here are the rather awesome teaser posters, which you can click through to enlarge, along with the new clips, to help get you in the mood.

And in case you missed it last year, here’s the trailer. Enjoy.
