It’s been a long wait for a full-length trailer to arrive for Luca Guadagnino’s Suspiria. The teaser dropped back at the beginning of June and has been creating buzz ever since amongst the film community. Finally, now we can gorge ourselves on a bit more footage.

Inspired by Dario Argento‘s 1977 horror of the same name, Call Me By Your Name’s Luca Guadagnino is directing and has described his version as “cold, evil and really dark”. The Terror and A Bigger Splash screenwriter David Kajganich has penned the remake.

Dakota Johnson plays the role of Susie Bannion, an aspiring dancer who uncovers a sinister secret within her dance company. The film also stars Tilda Swinton, Chloe Grace Moretz, Mia Goth, Lutz Ebersdorf, and Jessica Harper.

 Synopsis

A darkness swirls at the centre of a world-renowned dance company, one that will engulf the troupe’s artistic director, an ambitious young dancer, and a grieving psychotherapist. Some will succumb to the nightmare.
