Though a widely recognised face on the smaller screen, Arrow star Stephen Amell is somewhat less renowned for his work on the silver screen – but when we caught up with the actor in London, to promote Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows, he explained there is little difference between the two.
Amell, who enters into this franchise as Casey Jones, explains who his character is and how he has attempted to portray a different, unique version of a role once inhabited by Chris Evans, while also discussing why he believes TV and cinema to be much of the same thing nowadays, while ending on his thoughts on the idea of Kevin Smith writing a two-part episode for Arrow.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is released on May 30th.
