It’s a long standing tradition that some of the earliest pictures from the new Star Wars films are shown off in Vanity Fair’s summer edition. The Annie Leibovitz portraits gave us our first good look at Kylo Ren, Rey and Finn from The Force Awakens, and today the publication has released our best look yet at Episode VIII – Star Wars The Last Jedi.
Last month we finally had a chance to see what director Rian Johnson will be taking the Skywalker saga with the release of the first trailer for the film. The final line sparked a lot of discussion, and there are still a huge number of questions about what else we saw in those two minutes. The Vanity Fair spread will no doubt give us more questions as well as answers.
Scroll down for a look at the cover images, and we expect to see more of the latest images from the film in the next day or so.
