Sony Pictures have certainly been keeping ‘Spider-Man’ and MCU fans hanging on a very fine string for the past month. After teasing from both Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal the trailer for ‘Spider-Man: Far From Home’ is finally here.

It boggles the mind why Sony have waited this long to drop the trailer for the highly anticipated sequel to ‘Homecoming’ especially when they showed it exclusively in December 2018 to those lucky enough to attend the Comic-Con Experience (CCXP) in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Holland teased on twitter yesterday “So, I spoke to Sony” with Gyllenhaal also teasing a video post on Instagram simply stating “Get ready…Something’s comin🕷”

Only for Holland to further announce when the trailer would be arriving stating: “I guess my chat went well…”

Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige has previously said the plot of ‘Far From Home’ is going to be a play on the movie’s title in more ways than one.

Well, I mean, sure, let the speculation begin. That’s always fun,” Feige said. “We like [the title] of course because it ties into Homecoming, not just keeping that word going, which we like and we liked it more than Homecoming 2, but that notion of ‘home’ is a word that has dual meanings we’d like to continue with this [Marvel Cinematic Universe] version of Spider-Man. So, Far From Home has multiple meanings.

Anyway, enough of the rambling, here’s the trailer. UPDATE – TWO trailers!
