To mark the third season of the popular comedy series Shrinking, we had the pleasure in speaking to three of its leading stars, the impressive duo of Christa Miller, Jessica Williams and Lukita Maxwell. The three actresses are reprising their roles, as we discuss with them the ongoing impact of the show and the genius of Bill Lawrence.
Talking of geniuses, we couldn’t help but speak about the one and only Harrison Ford and what it’s like to work so closely with him on this project, while they also speak about the importance of destigmatising mental health and therapy, while also telling us what their favourite comfort shows are to watch. Plot
Starring Emmy Award nominee Jason Segel and multi-award winner Harrison Ford, along with acclaimed performances from stars Christa Miller, Emmy Award nominee Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Emmy nominee Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell and Ted McGinley and created by Emmy Award winners Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein alongside Segel, “Shrinking” follows a grieving therapist (played by Segel) who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.
Shrinking S3 will premiere globally with the first two episodes on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, followed by one new episode weekly exclusively on Apple TV.
