If you’re of the opinion that trailer teasers are daft, you may want to stop reading now! While Disney aren’t expected to air TV spots for Ant-Man, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens during this Sunday’s Super Bowl, Tomorrowland will be getting one, and a brief glimpse of that has now been released.

That’s right, it’s a teaser for a TV spot!

Even so, there’s some great new footage in here as we get a better look at the mysterious Tomorrowland.

The Iron Giant and The Incredibles director Brad Bird made an impressive live-action debut with 2011’s Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, and while fans were disappointed to learn that he wouldn’t be returning for the fifth instalment, the mysterious Tomorrowland has been intriguing us all for ages now.

In the movie, Frank (Clooney) and Casey (Britt Robertson) cross paths when the former finds a mysterious old-school lapel-style pin which gives her a vision of a futuristic utopian place called “Tomorrowland”.

From Disney comes two-time Oscar winner Brad Bird’s riveting, mystery adventure “Tomorrowland,” starring Academy Award winner George Clooney. Bound by a shared destiny, former boy-genius Frank, jaded by disillusionment, and Casey, a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity, embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space known only as “Tomorrowland.” What they must do there changes the world—and them—forever.

Also starring Hugh Laurie, Raffey Cassidy, Tim McGraw, Judy Greer, Kathryn Hahn, Keegan-Michael Key and Thomas Robinson, Tomorrowland is set to be released on May 22nd. Stay tuned to HeyUGuys for the TV spot.
