Ron Perlman has been added to the cast of one of my most anticipated films of 2011, Nicolas Winding Refn’s Drive.
According to ScreenDaily, Perlman will join other cast members Carey Mulligan, Ryan Gosling, Albert Brooks, Oscar Isaac, Christina Hendricks and Bryan Cranston in Refn’s crime thriller.
Drive centers on a Hollywood stunt driver who doubles as a getaway driver, who gets in over his head when he agrees to help the ex-con husband of his beautiful neighbor.
Filming is expected to commence next week for a late 2011 release.
