It has been a long while since the classic horror franchise Project Zero/Fatal Frame has been on store shelves despite being one of last generations best in the genre next to Silent Hill 2.

Now Wii owners will have the chance to play the classic PlayStation 2 title Crimson Butterfly, with all new motion controls and co-operative game play modes. I can’t think of a more fitting series to bring to motion controls especially for the core gamers, it’s just such a shame it’s so late in the generation cycle.

Project Zero 2: Wii Edition will hit stores in Europe on June 29th, with no news on a multi-platform release plan.
