Paramount Pictures has released a brand new trailer for the remake of one of Stephen King’s most horrifying offering’s ‘Pet Sematary’.

Taking on a new twist that differs from the original, the filmmaker’s behind the remake elaborated just a little as to why they have made a fundamental change.

“By having the elder child in the Creed family as a central character of our film we were able to explore the dual themes of family and death in a deeper way. And Ellie being older than her brother allowed other characters to interact with her in a way that a toddler simply couldn’t.”

The chilling feature has a cast that includes features Jason Clarke, Amy Seimetz and the venerable John Lithgow in yet another chiller from the King.
