Nicholas Hoult has been cast in the upcoming dark comedy thriller ‘The Menu.’

Hoult joins the previously cast Anya Taylor-Joy, Ralph Fiennes and Hong Chau.

The movie is set in the world of eccentric culinary culture, centring on a young couple who visit an exclusive restaurant on a remote island where an acclaimed chef has prepared a lavish tasting menu. Taylor-Joy will play one half of the couple. Fiennes will play the chef.

Succession’s Mylod will direct from a script from Will Tracy and Seth Reiss. Adam McKay will produce through his Hyperobject Industries banner along with Betsy Koch.

Hoult stars in the Warner Bros feature ‘Those Who Wish Me Dead’. He has also recently wrapped filming on the second season of ‘The Great’  in which he stars opposite Elle Fanning as her husband, Peter.
