When reports came in from preview screenings that The Amazing Spider-Man 2 contained a post-credits scene featuring everyone’s favourite mutants confusion reigned. Who would have thought that Sony would be so keen to push Fox’s X-Men: Days of Future Past to an eager audience so prominently?
But keen they were and now the short clip has made its way online for all to see. I loved X-Men: First Class, it was one of the more interesting franchise retoolings thanks to a fine cast and an energetic script. The sequel brings everyone to the party and X-Men prodigal son Bryan Singer has been welcomed back with open arms – hopes are high for this return.
