Last night the Royal Albert Hall the huge red carpet was rolled out for the arrival of the World Premiere of Murder on the Orient Express, Kenneth Branagh’s new adaptation of the world famous Agatha Christie murder mystery.
The film stars Kenneth Branagh as Hercule Poirot and features a stellar cast including Johnny Depp, Daisy Ridley, Michelle Pfeiffer, Penelope Cruz, Josh Gad, Michael Peña, Judi Dench, Lucy Boynton, Olivia Colman, Leslie Odom Jr., and Derek Jacobi. The film is produced by Ridley Scott and Simon Kinberg and written by Michael Green.
What starts out as a lavish train ride through Europe quickly unfolds into one of the most stylish, suspenseful and thrilling mysteries ever told. From the novel by best-selling author Agatha Christie, “Murder on the Orient Express” tells the tale of thirteen strangers stranded on a train, where everyone’s a suspect. One man must race against time to solve the puzzle before the murderer strikes again.
