A new trailer for Greta Gerwig’s adaptation of ‘Little Women’ has arrived filled with a stellar female cast.
The film stars Meryl Streep, Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Timothée Chalamet, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlen, Laura Dern, James Norton, Louis Garrel, Bob Odenkirk, Chris Cooper and Abby Quinn.
Gerwig has adapted the screenplay, Amy Pascal will produce alongside Denise Di Novi and Robin Swicord.
‘Little Women’ is a novel by American author Louisa May Alcott (1832–1888), which was originally published in two volumes in 1868 and 1869. Alcott wrote the books over several months at the request of her publisher. Following the lives of the four March sisters—Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy—the novel details their passage from childhood to womanhood and is loosely based on the author and her three sisters.

The film is released in the US on December 25th with a UK release of the 26th of December.
