Over the weekend, stars of Scream 4 attended Spike TV’s Scream 2010 Awards to present the first teaser trailer for the forthcoming slasher film.
Directed by Wes Craven from a script by Kevin Williamson, Scream 4 takes place ten years after the events of Scream 3 and is intended to be the start of a brand new trilogy in the acclaimed horror series.
Scream 4 reunites original stars Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Courteney Cox, while also adding new blood to the mix, in the form of Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Adam Brody, Rory Culkin and Nico Tortorella.

Dimension will release Scream 4 on April 15, 2010.
