Josh Hartnett is set to lead and produce the upcoming action thriller ‘All Day & All Night,’ written by Tommy Wirkola and John Niven. The film will be directed by Tommy Wirkola, the Norwegian filmmaker celebrated for ‘Violent Night’ and the ‘Dead Snow’ franchise.

Wirkola will produce alongside XYZ Films, who are financing the project with backing from IPR.VC. XYZ Films is scheduled to launch worldwide sales for ‘All Day & All Night’ at AFM next month, with production planned for 2026.

The film follows reformed bank robber Billy Davies (Hartnett), whose daughter’s acceptance into Harvard pushes him back into a life of crime to cover tuition. When a bank heist goes disastrously wrong, Billy and his crew unexpectedly stumble onto the set of a struggling reality TV show. Now, Billy must stay on air long enough to evade both the cops and the mob, while the show’s producers fight to keep the program on air and save it from cancellation.

XYZ’s President of Film Guy Danella will oversee and produce. Danella produced Universal’s ‘Violent Night’ directed by Tommy Wirkola and ‘Over Your Dead Body. BODY.
