Jon Snow Lives! Of course, we’ve actually known that for a while, especially as Kit Harington was spotted on the Belfast set of Game of Thrones back in costume as this fan-favourite character. What we don’t know is the method of his return, especially now that the HBO series has actually moved past the point of George R.R. Martin’s frequently delayed novels.
This poster is a very interesting tease of what’s to come when Game of Thrones returns next April (a little later than usual) though. Featuring a bloodied Jon Snow, this imagery is sure to lead to lots of new speculation about how he survived being stabbed by The Night’s Watch at the end of season five. What’s next for him in the series also remains to be seen.
Whatever the answers may be, it’s hard not to get excited about what’s to come when Game of Thrones returns next year, both in regards to Jon’s fate and the other characters who were left in various sticky positions when we last saw them. Still. it definitely appears as if Jon Snow is the only one fans really care about, hence why this poster is causing such a stir!
