How-I-Live-Now-Quad-PosterIt wasn’t too long ago we sat down with the immensely talented Irish actress Saoirse Ronan to discuss her film Byzantium – but we’re now given the wonderful opportunity of doing it all over again – this time to talk about her latest film, How I Live Now.

Playing Daisy – an American teenager who comes over to Britain to stay with her cousins, only to fall in love with one of them amidst the Third World War, Ronan tells us how she goes about playing an American, while also discussing how much she drew from the original novel when preparing for the role. She also tells us about being of an age now where she is naturally progressing towards romantic flicks, and her own opinions on the amount of strong female lead roles there are for women at present.

How I Live Now is released on October 4, and you can read our review here
