Upodcast will be running a series of interviews for the release of Talaash, this year’s big release suspense drama starring Amir Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Kareena Kapoor and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
First off the bat is our chat with director Reema Kagti, who has been closely working with Excel Movies, for quite some time now. She was assistant director for Lagaan (The Hindi Movie that came closest to winning an Oscar) where she got to know Amir Khan, they continued working together on Dil Chahta Hai where she was assistant director, as she was for Zindagi Milegi Dobara which she co-wrote with Zoya Akthar.
After a 5 year hiatus after her debut HoneyMoon Travels ltd, she is finally back in the director seat for Talaash.
