Having sung (badly) with Simon Helberg, we reverted back to something of a more traditional interview set-up, when interview the aforementioned actor’s co-star, Hugh Grant – to mark the release of Florence Foster Jenkins.
Grant, who plays Bayfield – the compassionate husband of the eponymous figure – discusses the challenges in portraying a real life character (something we don’t associate with his illustrious career) and what it’s like to act opposite Meryl Streep, comparing the experience to sharing a football field with Lionel Messi.
Florence Foster Jenkins is released on May 6th and you can read our review here.
