Christiansen would not be taking the reins of Dimension’s Hellraiser reboot. Instead, Pinhead will be returning to the screen under the guidance of Patrick Lussier and the pen of Todd Farmer.
The two men frequently collaborate on films such as the upcoming Cage flick, Drive Angry 3D, and the first modern 3D horror, My Bloody Valentine 3D. What’s great about these two guys is that they make their films a solid R whereas there were rumors that Christiansen would try and make it PG-13, thich would have sucked for all. At least now we know there may be something interesting in the works.
