Set behind the scenes at a cable news show, the HBO series will star Jeff Daniels (The Squid and the Whale), Emily Mortimer (Lars and the Real Girl), Alison Pill (Milk), Olivia Munn (Date Night), Dev Patel (Slumdog Millionaire), Sam Waterston (The Killing Fields) and Josh Pence (The Social Network).
Greg Mottola (Paul) has directed the pilot episode, with Scott Rudin, one of the minds behind The Social Network, on board as producer.
More as this Story Develops will air in 2012.
