The end is nigh… but in true ‘Good Omens’ fashion, it arrives with wit, heartbreak and a celestial dose of chaos. Prime Video has released the official trailer for the highly anticipated finale of ‘Good Omens,’ produced by Amazon MGM Studios, Narrativia and BBC Studios.
Picking up after the emotional fallout of season two, ‘Good Omens’ season three plunges back into its ineffable world, where divine duty and personal longing collide spectacularly.
Angel Aziraphale, played by Michael Sheen, has ascended to the powerful role of Supreme Archangel after accepting Heaven’s call. His new mission? Overseeing the Second Coming, a responsibility that feels less like a promotion and more like a ticking celestial time bomb.
But Heaven, as ever, is far from harmonious. Aziraphale’s plans spark tension among the angelic ranks, hinting that even paradise has its politics.
Meanwhile, demon Crowley, portrayed by David Tennant, is left reeling. The trailer finds him wandering the streets of Soho, heartbroken and untethered, his signature swagger replaced with something far more fragile. London becomes his purgatory, a place where memories linger like smoke.
As the fate of the universe teeters precariously, the estranged duo are drawn back together for what promises to be their most personal and perilous journey yet. From run-ins with London’s criminal underbelly to clashes with infernal forces, the finale blends high-stakes fantasy with the aching complexity of a relationship stretched across millennia.
Returning cast members include Doon Mackichan as Michael, Gloria Obianyo as Uriel, Liz Carr as Saraqael, Paul Chahidi as Sandalphon, Quelin Sepulveda as Muriel, and Derek Jacobi as the enigmatic Metatron. New addition Bilal Hasna joins as Jesus.
