Terminator

With Arnold Schwarzenegger, Emilia Clarke, Jai Courtney, and Jason Clarke all signed up for roles in Terminator: Genesis, the list of actors who will star in the movie continues to grow, with some very familiar faces added to the already impressive cast.

While the names of who they’re playing hasn’t been revealed (based on what we’ve heard so far, they could be characters from any of the previous movies or new creations), G.I. Joe star Byung-hun Lee has joined Terminator: Genesis alongside Mad Men’s Michael Gladis and House of Cards actress Sandrine Holt.

J.K. Simmons (Spider-Man) also has a role in the Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World) helmed sequel/reboot, while it was recently revealed that Dayo Okeniyi (The Hunger Games) has signed up to play the son of Miles Dyson, the Cyberdyne engineer largely responsible for the birth of Skynet.

Last week, a rumour started circulating that Attack the Block’s John Boyega was being considered for that role in Terminator: Genesis, but it hinged very much on whether or not he would join the cast of J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars Episode VII. Is Okeniyi’s casting a sign that Boyega will indeed be going to a galaxy far, far away? We’ll have to wait and see…
