Here’s the very first trailer for Gemma Arterton’s new movie, Tamara Drewe courtesy of French website, Allocine. Arterton plays the title role about a journalist who returns to her small country home where she grew up. Since leaving he village, she’s become rather attractive and her return starts to turn some heads and gets her in quite a bit of trouble while doing it!
Tamara Drewe is based on the book of the same name written by Posy Simmonds. It premiered at Cannes a few weeks ago and you can read our review of the movie here. It also stars Dominic Cooper, Luke Evans, Roger Allam and Bill Camp in a movie directed by Stephen Frears.

I love the comedic nature of this movie and the trailer really brings that across. Looking forward to seeing it when it’s released 10th September.
